MCB’s Marketing department partners with the various lines of business to bring them marketing expertise that will drive business development and revenue growth.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be investigating the marketing environment, identifying opportunities for business development, recommend and participate in marketing initiatives with a view to strengthen MCB’s market positioning and enhance customer experience.


Detailed Description

  • Design research briefs, surveys and questionnaires as per the research requirements;
  • Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research projects to gather market understanding, customer insights and data;
  • Manage Voice of Customer (VoC) and customer satisfaction/feedback programs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics to include in research projects;
  • Provide competitive analysis on market offerings and pricing/business models;
  • Conduct in-depth data and statistical analyses to interpret research findings and deliver reports;
  • Identify, recommend, discuss and agree with all concerned entities on marketing initiatives to be implemented.
  • Participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns/initiatives and monitor campaign performance;


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least a Degree in Marketing, Statistics or in a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical role within a marketing environment;
