As an Administrative Officer and team member you will directly impact the client experience. In this role, you will be a member of a dynamic team in collaborative, client-focused environment, utilising your organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. You will assist and support your manager and your team in serving the investment needs of high net worth clients.

Main Duties

  • Assist the Wealth Management Services department with administrative tasks such as preparation of clients’ instructions, creation and administration of clients’s files, compliance, reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with the custodian banks and financial intermediaries for matters related to the Wealth Management Services department.
  • Liaise with brokers and custodians for trade orders to ensure best execution and manage the entire order process in close collaboration with the Portfolio Managers.
  • Communication and follow-up with clients and advisors as and when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Administration or related field
  • + 3 years proven experience, preferably in the portfolio or wealth management sectors.

Essential Skills Required

  • Advanced MS Outlook and strong Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act independently upon requests and with an understanding of priorities.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills (French & English) and collaborative interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
