Qualifications and Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of Human Resource Management
  • Have good knowledge of human resources processes and best practices, and labour laws
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have good organisational, administration, and time-management skills
  • Is able to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Have good IT skills
  • Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of an HR system will be an advantaged
