The week Friday 24 Sept. 2010 till Thursday 30 Sept. was characterised by a good deal of activities of The BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (Mauritius Section).
Firstly: Saturday 25 September 2010 Afternoon- BCS Graduation Ceremony 2010
After last year’s Graduation Ceremony, this year was an even more special one!
Hon. Rajeshwar Jeetah, Minister of Tertiary Education, Dharam Fokeer, VC UTM, Me Eddy Tong Sam Vice Chair BCS Mauritius, President Elizabeth Sparrow, Mrs. Sharon Hurd, Executive Members of BCS Mauritius and Registered Course Providers were present.
This was a much awaited date for me. Principally because of the opportunity to wear a gown for the first time. One week before the event of the accomplishment of obtaining my Diploma in IT, I was feeling excited about thinking to finally make it up to this level. Passing the BCS Higher Education Exams is tough, specially at higher levels (Diploma and PGD).
